Crownkyn Superhard PCD Flat End Mill is specially designed for graphite, ceramic, sapphire and glass machining. It is ideally suited for roughing of flat surfaces or slightly curved surfaces. Engineered flutes with as low as 0.01mm can ensure excellent rigidity and sharpness. The groove design is adopted to obtain the best material removal rate and high wear resistance solid PCD groove improves tool life.
